This beautiful form fitting mermaid gown has a V-neckline. The whole dress is covered in glitter to make it shine as you move. At the waist there is a thin belt. The back of the gown is also V shaped which exposes the shoulder blades. . A cape like effect is also present which starts at the front where sleeves would normally be and comes around the back.
